We invest directly where we can add something ourselves. Here, we invest through managers who can.

We invest with global private equity and private debt managers that have performed consistently and that create value inside their portfolio companies, not through leverage alone. We come in late in a fund's life, when the portfolio is already visible, which shortens duration and brings capital back sooner. Alongside them we co-invest selectively, in deals we can underwrite ourselves. We diversify by geography and by sector, and we monitor every position directly.

Every late primary and every co-investment is screened and diligenced together with our advisor, with whom we share network, access and judgement. Nothing enters the portfolio underwritten only once.
